1992  Plaster Sculpture

Initially i created this piece in a sculpture class at the University.  It held an amethyst stone and was a little taller.  A few hours after i received a grade of B on the original 'Wizard', it was stolen.  I contested the B grade saying that only a grade A work would be worthy of thieving.  My protest went in vain...i was left without a sculpture and a lesser grade.  I went on to make this duplicate in my garage later that year.
